adequate stay with gym issues
consistent lack gym issues
the breakfast offered a good selection of foods that staff replenished promptly.
The gym lacked both water and towels consistently , despite repeated requests. This shortage detracted from the overall experience.

cute staff free shuttle many choices comfortable sofa
the staff was cute and helpful, i really appreciated that. the free shuttle to the waterfront and camps bay was great, a real bonus. breakfast offered many choices. the room had a balcony and a sofa with chairs.
the toilet seat in my room was plastic and a little cracked. it didn't match the otherwise good condition of the room.

The staff demonstrated a willingness to serve and were easy to approach. Every request was taken care of promptly. beautiful smiles greeted me at reception. I found this particularly cute.

the hotel is well positioned allowing for straightforward access to surrounding restaurants and shops. the v&a waterfront is easily accessible from here, it is convenient.

Breakfast had tasty options and i really enjoyed the variety offered each morning. i had two meals in the restaurant. They were both excellent, with the kitchen staff being very friendly.

Acceptable, but some issues
good gym decent sauna
The gym was pretty good, and it actually had a sauna.
I think it was around 7am, every day. The drilling was not ideal and i think i got a migraine.
